We have a very straightforward service offering. We will deliver appointments to you. We have optimized our lead generation and qualification of each and every appointment. We position everything over the phone as best we can, and gather the information you need to have the most success. Here is the information we collect:
Confirm address
Confirm no shade, and/or willingness to trim trees. Review satellite view over the phone to confirm.
Age of roof, type of material
Confirm Annual Taxable Income (ATI) and credit score over 650
Confirm spouse name and all owners on Title. Minimize one leggers.
Collect previous 12 months of usage and deliver with an appointment (occasionally homeowners will request providing usage upon appointment, but we confirm that too if needed).
Confirming homeowner is not over age of 80
Deliver detailed notes about our conversations with the homeowner so you can continue the conversation. (We find the homeowners Economic Driver… it’s the preframe/presale)
We do not guarantee sits for one reason. It's immensely difficult to track. That said, if you keep your calendar up to date, and show up on time, you will have a very high sit rate. Additionally, if something happens and the homeowner is a no show, our team will take on calling and rescheduling that appointment for you.
We understand there are many scenarios of how appointments play out. This is all based on humans organizing their lives. Things happen. What makes us different is we speak to each and every lead on the phone before any appointment is made. We qualify them accordingly, and emphasize someone showing up at their door for the appointment. We do our very best to get you the best appointment opportunity. If for some reason there is an outlier scenario, you can dispute an appointment. Our team will review, and if in agreement add that appointment back into your count for the month.
Once you are a client, you have an assigned Account Manager and Customer Success Team. These teams are there to support you all along the way. We will onboard you to our system, discuss your market, connect your calendar, and review your progress and success along the way together.
We work nationwide across the United States. We have experience in most markets, and very thoroughly evaluate any new client requests before jumping in. We take a consultative approach to your specific market, and discuss viability clearly. As a rule of thumb, we ease in to each new market and do not overpromise, but generally over deliver.
